Daniel Merriweather is crowned 2009 Best Male Artist

Daniel Merriweather has beaten a strong field of contenders in the coveted 2009 ARIA Best Male Artist category for his critically-lauded debut album, Love & War. Congratulations Daniel!

And the awards continue to pour in for the hardworking Melbourne-born singer-songwriter, as he was also named Breakthrough of the Year at this year's GQ Men Of The Year Awards.

Don't miss Daniel as he performs two intimate headline shows this week, alongside the sold out Homebake 15th Anniversary festival this weekend (Saturday 5 December).
